Replacement is the suitable substitute of the Candidate Provided to the employer at the time of dissatisfaction raised by the Employer with a plea to discontinue the services of the candidate .It may be due to improper behavior, irregularity, lack of sincerity, liar, lack of proper and sufficient knowledge, lack of devotion, any type of fraud or any other character wise problems etc.
- How the employer will demand for the replacement?
Replacement demanding period is 03 months from the date of joining provided the employer paid us our requisite service charge against the joining after 15 days from the date of joining
- Is there any other Fees for Replacement?
Absolutely Not. Your service charge paid after 15 days from the date of joining will take the guarantee of next 03 months of normal recruitment and 06 months for out of Turn Replacement without any further service charge but for the Same Post. But Rejection/ Termination/ Suspension or any other Dissatisfaction Report from the part of Employer regarding expelling the candidate and demanding replacement should be specify and bring into the knowledge of Life Solutions Authority. There is not any guarantee that the employer will get the immediate replacement soon after the rejection of the particular post. It is totally depend upon the availability of the suitable replacement. But the employer is entitled to get the replacement without any further service charge against the same post.
