  • In case of shortage of required candidate in our existing data bank we go for Advertise in Leading Daily, distribute pamphlets and also go for Local Cable Advertisement.

Service Charge for Providing Candidate:
  • For All Level Management we charge from the Employer equivalent to 8.33% of the annual CTC of the Candidate (which is equivalent to Candidates first month Cost to Company). For that Replacement period is 03 months only.
  • In Case of Creamy Layer of Top Level Management  we charge 10.33% of the annual CTC

  • What is Replacement?

Replacement is the suitable substitute of the Candidate Provided to the employer at the time of dissatisfaction raised by the Employer with a plea to discontinue the services of the candidate .It may be due to improper behavior, irregularity, lack of sincerity, liar, lack of proper and sufficient knowledge, lack of devotion, any type of fraud or any other character wise problems etc.

  • How the employer will demand for the replacement?

Replacement demanding period is 03 months from the date of joining provided the employer paid us our requisite service charge against the joining after 15 days from the date of joining

  • Is there any other Fees for Replacement?

Absolutely Not. Your service charge paid after 15 days from the date of joining will take the guarantee of next 03 months of normal recruitment and 06 months for out of Turn Replacement without any further service charge but for the Same Post. But Rejection/ Termination/ Suspension or any other Dissatisfaction Report from the part of Employer regarding expelling the candidate and demanding replacement should be specify and bring into the knowledge of Life Solutions Authority. There is not any guarantee that the employer will get the immediate replacement soon after the rejection of the particular post. It is totally depend upon the availability of the suitable replacement. But the employer is entitled to get the replacement without any further service charge against the same post.

General Terms and Condition:

  • A placement will be deemed to have occurred should a client employ an applicant whom we initially introduced to them after getting the requirement  following the date of such introduction , whether such introduction was by interview, canvassing, supply of curriculum vitae or any other method.
  • Date of Invoice of Service Charge raised: Just after the joining of the candidate.
  • Date of Payment: Max of 15 days from the date of Invoice Raised.
  • Failure to settle the account within 30 days shall render our guarantee null and void.
  • Our client notifies us within 7 days of the termination of employment.
  • Our client has acted lawfully in the termination of employment of an employee placed by us.
  • If the employer provides less service charge in case of any out of turn as desired by KARTIK CONSULTANT ( for Middle and Level Management), then KARTIK CONSULTANT will not be liable for any type of Replacement.
  • The client has any subsidiary of an associated company of the client shall not engage the candidate within 6 months of the date of termination of employment
  • Should a client introduce our applicant to a third party, he shall become liable for payment of fees in accordance with our placement charges if such an introduction should subsequently result in the securing of employment by the applicant.
  • Our guarantee does not apply if any employee whom we have placed is subjected to redundancy or retrenchment during that probation period.
  • The Bio data send by us to the employer if not short listed will remain the property of KARTIK CONSULTANT till one year and in case the employer call the candidate or interview the candidate within one year from the date of submission of Bio Data, the employer will pay the service charge as per the terms and conditions settled by both the Party and KARTIK CONSULTANT authority.
  • In case of Out Station Candidate, employer will reimburse the candidate the 3tier AC Train fare from his home to interviewing place (to and fro).
